Our Camogie County Final
Sunday 28th May in Gowran

Well done to our camogie girls who represented us so well and with such energy at the County Final in Gowran yesterday. It was a great match and we were very unlucky not to be going in nearly level at half-time.  Kilmanagh pulled away from us with a very strong performance in the second half and, despite our best efforts and determination, they were deserving winners at full-time.  We are so proud of all you've achieved this year, girls, and being runners-up in the County Championship is fantastic! Thank you, Ms. Harrison and Mary!!

Camogie Finalists!!

Very best of luck to our Camogie Team for this Sunday's Camogie Final against St. Aidan's NS, Kilmanagh. 
The match will take place in Gowran at 2pm. A big thank you to Martin and Ailish Ryan (Ryan's Water Services) for presenting the team with lovely gear bags for the occasion, and to Dónal and Rowena O' Sullivan for presenting new sports' socks to the team.

ALDI Rugby Stickers Competition Winner!!

We were delighted to find out that we are one of the winning schools in the Aldi Play Rugby Sticker Competition, winning €5,000.
Thank you to ALDI and all of you who donated your stickers to our school. We couldn't have done it without you. Ms. Harrison (Assistant Principal 2 and PE co-ordinator) is delightedly making up a shopping list of sports' equipment!!

PictureFarewell Fr. Pat We were greatly saddened to hear of the sad passing of Fr. Pat this weekend. We have many happy memories of all our celebrations and events together in Scoil Lachtaín. Here's a little photo of him at our assembly to mark his retirement in 2018. Ar dheis Dé go raibh sé.
