Wishing all our girls and boys, our families, our staff, Parent Association, Board of Management and all our friends in our school community, a very happy Easter. It has been a difficult end of term for all. Well done on getting your work done. Very proud of you all! Well done mams and dads for keeping all ticking over. Thank you to all our staff for your work and constant updates. Eat loads of Easter eggs!! You all deserve them. Yesterday marked Miss Danielle Breen's final day with us in Preschool Lachtain. Danielle has been teaching in Preschool 1 since September and has really enjoyed her time with all her little friends. We thank her for her hard work, enthusiasm and her dedication to the children in her care. We're sure she will keep in touch with all of us and we would like to wish her every success and happiness in her future career and life. We welcome Ms. Claire Doyle back from maternity leave. She's looking forward to getting to know you all and working with you over the coming months. Claire and Danielle will work together to ease the change over period at this very challenging time. Contact remains the same through the Preschool email address. Keep washing those hands and keep isolating. Even on the darkest day, the sun does eventually peep through. Keep safe, mind each other and we'll be in touch again after the Easter break. Two little quotes to leave with you: “But I know, somehow, that only when it is dark enough can you see the stars.” Martin Luther King, Jr. "If you want to bring happiness to the whole world, go home and love your family." Saint Teresa Happy Easter everyone! Mr Tynan |
